01 · The orb pays the bills
Click the orb or press Space for Stardust. Casting upgrades
strengthen your clicks. Apprentices, Constructs and Singularities
earn dust automatically.
02 · The Void knocks back
A rift approaches every minute, or call one early. Every arrival has
an ominous five-second warning. Defeat hostile creatures before time
runs out. They start and attack even while you are elsewhere in the
tower. Follow the Sanctum arrow and walk back—there is no rescue
teleport.
03 · Use the entire spellbook
1 — Nova: a burst of damage during encounters.
2 — Ward: cast before an incoming attack to block
it. 3 — Focus: boost active casting. Every spell
can be upgraded; Chronomancer Ink reduces cooldowns.
04 · Invest in surviving
Ward Sigils add blocks. Borrowed Hearts improve health. Weapons
improve strikes; Sunbro and Dragon allies attack automatically.
Repeatable upgrades grow stronger by rank, and dearer with each purchase.
05 · Death is a business expense
The deeper breaches devour unprepared wizards. Rebirth turns
completed breaches into permanent Void Souls: each adds 10% to
generation and damage. Stardust, purchases and breach progress
reset; souls survive. The confirmation shows exactly what you gain.
Even the old masters wore through several robes. Forbidden offers reveal
themselves only when you can afford them.
06 · Look around
Select Walk the tower: WASD moves, the mouse looks, and E uses a
nearby station. Click the chamber or Capture mouse to aim; Tab or
Escape releases the pointer. With the cursor free, Escape opens
Settings. Right-mouse drag is a fallback for looking. The Orrery has
a 20-second spell-target range; the Archives hold a slot cabinet and
soul records. Explore on foot to discover their glowing stations.
07 · Spectacularly questionable income
Every fifth breach is a full 30-second treasure rush: harmless
treasure, golden coin rain, extra income and a payout for every orb
click. Keep collecting until time expires. The wizard slot cabinet
costs 100 earned Stardust per spin. It has bad odds, no real money
or cash-out, and an exceptionally rare enormous jackpot. Read its
exact odds before pulling the lever. Practice and gambling do not
stop the boss timer; leaving an unfinished practice round forfeits
its reward.
